Meatloaf Mashed Potatoes and Cream Corn

I decided to cook up some comfort food. I took some ground meat, a mix of types is best, and added the eggs saltines, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Finely dice the onion and garlic and add it too. The order is of no matter its all headed the same place anyway. Toss it in the bowl and mix it together. No need to grease the loaf pan there's plenty of that in the meat. Cook for an hour or so or until the top starts to brown. in the last 15 min put ketchup on top and turn up the heat a bit till it browns.

While thats browning mash up the potatoes
( boiled) and warm up the canned cream corn.
You can go all fancy and get Green Giant if your trying to empress someone special.

Then when the meat is brown get it out of the pan.
Cut thick slices and top with the cream corn.

Does it get better than this?

2 lbs Ground Meat
2 large eggs
1/2 med onion diced
1 clove garlic diced
10 soda crackers salted
shot of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
